DrewM: After picking and rubbing off all my makeup for years and years, i decided that my face after makeup is a "no-touch zone". I only touch to blot oiliness with a tissue and i forbid myself to pick or feel for stray hairs. After i get home, and the makeup comes off is when i do hair removal and or the occasional pick....i wish there was a special way i trained myself so that others could use it but the only thing i can say is that i just decided i would not touch my face after makeup application.
P.S. I even cannot let my face touch my pillow at night as i hate the hot suffocating feel of the pillow. I always fold the pillow in half so that my ear is the only part of my face that touches the pillow...i know , i'm weird, but i think that this also has helped me remain line and wrinkle free even at 36. |
