It seems with most sizes but I think especially with plus there is such a difference from line to line. If I remember correctly, lines like Kiyonna encourage you to buy a couple of sizes and return what doesn't fit. That can get costly, but you really only need to do that once.
I did a job for Nordstroms yesterday and they have some great things in. A beautiful purple jewel toned velvet jacke with wonderful accents. The best thing they have are jeans by the Nordstroms brand Caslon. They are lower rise (not super, just flattering) in the front, higher in the back. Great fabric and fit for I think $68. The clothing I was wearing didn't have tags but that is the price I heard. I am actually going to head to a store this weekend and pickup a couple of pairs. The jeans were that great! |
