I
just purchased this book:
...and I really like it from what I've read so far. It seems to do a good job of explaining the technical aspects of what's going on with someone who has PCOS. I'm really interested in seeing if I can get my hands on a copy of the companion book about diet (I didn't even know there was one, I didn't see it at the store when I bought this book). Even though I don't seem to have a problem with insulin resistance, which I know is thought to be one of the main contributing factors to developing PCOS, I figure it couldn't hurt to try modifying my diet.
