Coming back to say that I read this book:

...and I love it. I feel like this book gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to start modifying my diet in a way to tackle some of my symptoms. It gives a pretty thorough explanation of why food and exercise is so crucial to those who have PCOS... not like we all don't already know that, but it goes pretty in-depth as to how certain foods affect different PCOS symptoms. There was also a chapter that gives an overview about supplements that I found to be useful.
