Ok I'd like to get a book so I know more about PCOS. Although I was diagnosed with it i have no clue what it really is. But I'd like to have a book that will be easy to understand. I'm not a medical person at all, so I dont want to buy a book taht uses all medical terms with no explanation. Any suggestions on what book would be "easy" reading??
