It wasn't that I wasn't ready to hear others opinions, I wasn't ready to be attacked for MY opinion. And if you read my initial question, you would know that I was obviously considering homebirth and I was wondering if anyone else was doing the same. I don't mind others having a different opinion than mine, but I am not going to be insulted either. I would never tell another woman that her choices about birth would hurt her child, but other women were quick to do that to me. And like I said in my last post, other women were pm'ing me because they were too afraid to post on the thread for fear of being treated like I was!!! And while this thread might appear on the outside to be very encouraging to me, you found another way to be condescending since I am not "ready/willing/able to hear others experience and viewpoints." So stop pretending to be a thoughtful cyster and just be up front! I hate fake people! |
