I read an article that said zinc slows hair loss and facial hair. It recommended a zinc supplement and dandroff shampoo like head and sholders that has some form of zinc in it. I have been taking the zinc vitamins and using head and sholders for three months and I have noticed a much slower regrowth of my facial hair and less fallout.
I also heard that zinc can help for infertility. I was shopping and over heard a lady tell another lady that her daughter tried all the fertility drugs and had no luck, until she heard about taking zinc. She said that her daughter tried it and it worked. I wanted to jump in and ask as many questions as I could but I didn't feel comfortable interrupting.
