 Spironolact or Bactrim to treat acne??
I was wondering if anyone has tried Spironolact or Bactrim to treat acne? My derm just put me on both. I have been on accutance twice already, both times the acne came back after 6 months. I have been on literally every singl topical and oral acne treatment and nothing helps. I have also been on Metformin for over a year and nothing has helped my skin. Does anyone have any advise for me?! Thanks! |
