I think the very first time I took prometrium it took longer than 2 days for me to start,I guess my body was building up.I don't know.I remember posting and asking what was taking so long?It felt like 2 weeks later....LOL! But now I am like clock work with it! I forgot to add that I started out only at 200mgs for 7 days and then my dr increased to 200 mgs for 10 days. I wasn't really "bleeding" just taking it 7 days,KWIM? I would just spot a little.It was like I wasn't really having AF. But for some reason,3 more days makes a difference.
