Very interesting read on lucid dreaming. I'm going to intentionally apply the techniques. I say intentionally, because a lot of it is actually things I've done naturally on my own. After reading about lucid dreaming, I realize that I do become lucid many times in my dreams. I didn't really know before what to do though, once I became lucid. Most of the time, this happens in nightmares. I know that I'm dreaming and that it's not real, so I try to get myself to wake up (run from the fear) but can't seem to wake up. Next time, I'll try to face the fear and see what happens. Thanks.
