I know this is going to sound crazy....however I know from personal experience that it is very possible. If you have endo your ovary could be adhered to your bowels.

Also if you have IBS like most endo patients do that could be why you are hurting. I've had two endo specialist tell me that IBS can cause the bowels to become inflamed and rub against the ovary and that can cause pain. In my case it hurts terribly.

I know a few really great resources for endo if you are interested. Let me know and I will get them to you.
