Since no one else has answered yet, I'll give you what I know. Sadly I can't answer all of your questions though.

My testosterone has always tended to run in the 80's. I was young (late teens/ early twenties), considered "infertile", and the only treatment offered to me was BCP. This was back in the dinosaur days of the late 80's, early 90's. That seemed to be their treatment for everything!

I wish you luck and I hope someone with more knowledge of the Glucophage and Testosterone issue comes along to help!
