As for me I think I have had the symptoms of pcos since puberty, maybe even before. I just knew that something was a bit off, you know what I mean? AF was never regular for me, I had very bad acne, round middle and skin tags. I do believe they can get better though. Over the last year as I have improved my health my symptoms have improved dramaticly. Hope that helps.
