I have not been diagnosed with PCOS yet, but when I attempted to breastfeed my 2nd child, I only made it 2 WEEKS!! Yes, 2 weeks and then my milk supply was ALL gone. I think i have read that the high levels of testosterone my have something to do with milk supply, but don't quote me on that.
