You might want to have another round of blood tests done so your Dr knows where your numbers fall and can treat you best. I'd also tell him about your diagnosis, your symptoms, and where you're at w/managing the PCOS. Mention you and DH are TTC, and tell him how long you've been trying.
With all that info, your Dr should be able to help you develop a treatment plan that meets your goals in terms of managing your PCOS and having kids.
