This is just a thought, but since you are comfortable with this dr and it sounds like you would prefer to stay with her, maybe you could request a pelvic exam and possibly an ultrasound. Let her know that you are still having problems with pain and it would put your mind at ease to go ahead and have a pelvic exam. If she refuses, then it might be time to look for another dr, but hopefully she will agree to a more thorough exam. Good luck to you!
