I recently bought a skincare "system" called AcneFree at my local Long's Drugs. It has a cleanser, a toner, and a lotion. It uses the same ingredients as ProActive but costs about half. I am very happy with it.
I would check the large drugstores in your area. If they don't have it, you might ask them to consider carrying it.
I recently found another skincare line that I am very pleased with. It is called MyChelle. I have extremely sensitive, oily skin and it has been very good. And, it seems to work well with the AcneFree. I get the MyChelle at my local health food store.
