hey ladies! im new here. i was diagnosed recently with lean pcos. when i was heavy i was 101% regular, never had any problems. Well flash forward my "life makeover" I lost nearly 100 lbs in the course of a few years, started exercising regularly, quit the sugar and refined carbs..went from a size 20 to a size 6-8. Only after I lost weight and began eating healthy did all hell break loose!

Leave me to do something back asswards... Ive been having my high and low days but i refuse to let this keep me down!!! its nice to have people to talk to!
