 A bit scared...
I went to the doctor last Monday and he called in a script for Met 500mg for me on Wednesday. I've kept putting off taking it, and I think I know why.
There's all this literature with it that basically makes it sound like you *will* get the Lactic Acidosis thing. Plus, it says to make sure to follow the diet that your doctor gave you...my doctor didn't even talk to me about Met other than to say it might help.
There's even something in the information saying that I need to wear or carry something that says I take Met. I've never taken anything like that before and I'm scared.
I guess I'm just wondering if I'm over-worrying. Was anyone else scared to start Met?
