Aww Christy, I'm sorry you're going through all of that. There is a definite realitythat had to set in for keeping symtpoms at bay for me and it included getting real about having PCOS. I was like you and things slipped further in the tank until I decided that having a diagnosis (while it was a total disappointment and a pain in the arse). was better than not knowing because I could do something.
