Well, before I started Met, I only had AF once every 3 or 4 (or 5 or 6) months. If I ovulated, I never knew when, and if I ovulated really late, the egg would be of a much lower quality. With Met I had a regular cycle, thus ovulating, thus being able to get pg...twice...within a year. It all works hand-in-hand.
