Default Books I just bought

I have ordered....The PCOS Diet Book : How You Can Use the Nutritional Approach to Deal with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Colette Harris
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome : A Woman's Guide to Identifying & Managing PCOS DR. John Eden
A Patient's Guide to PCOS : Understanding--and Reversing--Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Walter Futterweit
From Amazon.com I'll get them around June 15-22.

PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic By DR. Samuel Thatcher
Living with PCOS by Angie Boss
How to eat move and be healthy by Paul Check
From work.

And I went and BOUGHT
The PCOS* Protection Plan: How to Cut Your Increased Risk of Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity, and High Blood Pressure by Colette Harris and Theresa Cheung
PCOS and your Fertility By colette Harris and Theresa Cheung
The Insulin resistance Diet by by Cheryle R. Hart M.D., Mary Kay Grossman
The Metabolic Syndrome Program : How to Lose Weight, Beat Heart Disease, Stop Insulin Resistance and More by karlene RD Karst.
At Borders

I know it sounds like a lot (and it IS alot) but I really want to understand everything about this syndrom and how not to feel like hell all the time, plus I want to be able to lend books to DBF and my mom who want to better understand. I plan on taking the diet books and merging them so I have one diet that will be most effective for me (and consulting with my DR once my insurance kicks in)

Good thing I like to read...I have a like 20 finction books i want to read to, so if i'm not around for a while, I have my nose in a book somewhere. I'll check in if I find anything to share with you ladies.

I love this site I just want to contribute to more than just the rant!!! section!!!
