Went into an Asian herb shop today - the man said that oolong tea would help more for cholesterol and improve digestion. I also ran into a tea callled Premium Slimming Tea, caffeine free.
I bought both.
The box says to drink one cup in the morning, and one cup at night - after meals. Will be interesting to see how it goes. I'm drinking the slimming tea right now and it is very mild, like regualr tea. Now I hope it doesn't give me the trots!!!
Haven't tried the oolong tea yet.
Dyonisya and Kat - thanks for posting where I could get it.
I'm about an hour away from L.A.

("to wash the grease of their hands")??? Some heavy duty stuff!
