I just started a couple of weeks ago, but I already have gotten my period and lost a few pounds. But the most amazing thing has been my blood sugar. I ate like crap this past week-end but the highest my blood sugar went was 106! Yesterday, an hour after eating it was only 72! And I had potato chips and a hamburger bun! But now I'm worried it is too low. I mean I felt fine, but shouldn't it normally go higher? Today I checked it after eating chips and crackers- pure carbs, no fat or protein with it- and it only went up to 94. Any other time it would have went anywhere from 160 - 200. I guess this is a good thing. Oh, and I am only taking half the recommended dosage.
