I really only have problems when i eat something that i shouldnt. something fatty or greasy. then i usually get sick, but other then that i havent had any problems since... maybe your body hasnt adjusted to the x1day i would try that where you just are back on to 1 a day and see how your body does there. that is what im doing right now trying to get up to 2000mg a day. good luck
