Jamba Juice should have 5 newish all-fruit smoothies (at least as of March when I was down in TX). I don't know how compatible they are with the IR diet specifically, but 4 of the 5 did not do anything bad to my blood sugars. (The grape juice one was a little jittery for me.) Fruit carbs are better than normal carbs on the IR diet because the sugar (fructose) is digested differently (and there's also good fiber stuff), but there is a definite hierarchy to which fruits are better for you than others. I'm really not an expert on this but if you ask on the diet and exercise forum there are a ton of ladies who can tell you exactly.
