i'm 5'3 and hover between 120-125lbs. i eat whatever i want, just moderately, to stay that way. at my heaviest i was 145lbs (getting married and eating what/when your husband does will do that to you!), and i didn't look too bad honestly, but i felt totally fat and gross so i just got in tune with what and how much food my body was interested in, and the 20lbs melted off like nothing. i'm back to the weight i was at 18 (i'm 24 now).

jen - i have to preface this by saying that i don't know your medical situation as i am obviously not your (or anyone's! ) doctor - but if you are serious about ttc, don't want to wait forever and do not ovulate regularly on your own, you're going to need to get going on some meds. in my opinion, the natural route is great if you o on your own, but if not, seek help to do so. i personally, if left unmedicated, will ovulate MAYBE 1x/year, which is entirely unacceptable. hence, the drugs to get more ovulation happening. if i o'd 10x a year it would be a different story. why doesn't your re want to try clomid? did you have the full work-up?
