I know what you mean, most definitely. I've always been one to look up to the entertainment world, because I always wanted to be involved in it. But it is a bit wrong that they make so much money off of it, and all the women in these movies are so damned skinny and gorgeous (or at least look it) and so many "normal" women feel self-conscious about themselves because of it. If it's your dream, and you know it will make you happy, then go for it, no matter what anyone else has to say about it, or you. You can make a difference; each and every one of us can, if we just have the passion for it. *hugs* |
