Hi i'm probably not much help here but this is my experience and what i know bout having high prolactin.
When i was dx with pcos they found i had high prolactin from the blood tests. my only symptoms from it were that i produced a watery like substace from my nipples (wtmi) and they got really achey sometimes.I'v never been pregs so that was not the reason. since then from the reseach i've done it also can be the reason for irregular af. which i have. that's bout all i know
