Hello, I suffer from alot of these boils. Typically, your sugars are totally out of whack (very high) and thats what causes the boils. They could be high for several weeks b4 a boils shows up. So then you get one lanced and take antibiotics for the infection and that makes you sugars fall dramatically so they get 'normal again'. This causes changes in you hormones which could make you have a normal af , even if it's just 1 time. It's almost like loosing a little weight. Just 10 or 15 lbs can make an annovulatory women start ovulating again. Unfortunately it's hard for us to loose weight. That may be one explanation.
