Hi, I have high prolactin too. I don't know how my tests compared to others, but I know they were concerned about a "prolactinoma" - a sort of tumor on the pituitary that secretes prolactin. I went thru 2 brain MRIS w/ negative results. Other than that, I haven't gotten any treatment. But, I don't have any breast problems though... Who know's, it's a mystery to me.
