I've also read "It's my ovaries, stupid!" by Elizabeth Lee Vliet M.D. And I agree with Little Lady, it's a great book, very informative. Another book by Dr. Vliet that helped me to understand a whole lot is "Women, Weight and Hormones". Has anyone read The savvy womans guide to PCOS? |
