Ok so it's been a week from today that i started my insulite...and it's help some i saw a big difference in pain on my side although i'm having them again but i did feel better after a few days and i didnt have much cramping with my cycle but i'm feeling like i'm getting a big cyst because of the pain but then again i've only been taking it for a week. It has helped my sleeping some i cant wait to see how this stuff really works after a month are so! hopefully it will get me out of the funky mood i've been in for so long. I'm going to try and stick with the IR diet but i need to really work at it. Also i've started back up at Curves |
