Wow, I was just getting ready to post a question about strength training, as I have decided that I have to add it to my exercise routine (water aerobics two times per week-I LOVE IT but I know it's not enough).
I have never done strength training, so I don't know where to start. For the videos mentioned, do I need any equipment? Or is it better to go to a gym and use their equipment when starting out? My youngest is starting Kindergarten this month, so I will have more time to focus on exercise.
