I've been trying to fit in 30-45 mins of weight training 2-3 times per week, but I've been crunched for time lately, so I've been choosing the aerobic stuff over the weights. I take a few classes at the gym and in a couple of them, we use light (3-5 lb) weights for atleast part of the class, such as when we're doing step aerobics. Does this count as weight training?
