I'm not sure that I'm worried about IC but more worried about preterm labor. I've had some "pressure" over the past few days but it's more on my left side today, actually under my ribs. I also keep getting spams in my back, I've tried to time the pain but the are really sporradic. Can anyone tell me what I should be looking out for as far as preterm labor? I have no discharge or spotting. Thanks.
