Ok i am interested in this progesterone cream because i suspect i may hav elow progesterone, i had spotting for 3 days (11, 12 and 13 of my last cycle) and then got AF, i read this can be caused by low progesterone and i also had low progesterone when i was pregnant.
So i know nothing about NPC but i do like natural remedies (and imo i dont know the drama but their are huge risks with non natural things we use all the time also
)
So my questions:
Can i get a good brand at say Walgreens, CSV or a local pharmacy? do most sell it?
How much is it on average?
How long does it last?
Im thinking i would use it after O until AF shows or until pregnancy is confirmed since that seems to be the problem time.
