Welcome, Emma!

From what I'm finding, most bottles are 2-oz. (I'm still pretty new at this, too!)

As far as how long it lasts...
2 ounces per bottle
6 tsp. per ounce
1/4 tsp x 6 tsp = 24 applications per ounce
times 2 oz is 48 applications per 2-oz bottle
So it would last about 48 days

A friend gave me a bottle of Arbonne's Prolief, but it was a bottle she'd been using and I wasn't sure how much was left, so I went ahead & bought a bottle of Progesta-Care at my local Vitamin Cottage. I got it for $19.95. As far as Walgreen's or another pharmacy-type store like that, I haven't looked yet so maybe someone else can answer that for you.

The first post on this thread tells you how to use it, so check that out, too! Welcome!

ETA: Copied & pasted portions of this post to the first page of the thread, also.
