My MIL uses Progesta-Care. She gets it at a health foods store or through Arbonne. I like it b/c it has measured pumps so you don't have to mess with that. She says she uses it every day except during AF (becasue she's using it for menopausal symptoms, not the same as why we use it), and it lasts her about 2 months. So I would think that using it 12 days out of the month like we do, it would last for 3-4 months.
