I would have to agree w/ you on that one Maddy. Eating right and exercising doesn't seem to always work in the case of someone w/ PCOS. In fact the only time I was able to lose some serious weight (only to gain it back) was when I was working out for 3 - 4 hours a day and barely eating. And, at that I was always starving and tired all the time. So that obviously didn't work! Anyway.... I'm still in the search for a good diet plan/lifestyle change for my eating habits and workouts. I don't know which one will do the trick but I appreciate all the info you have compiled here. I plan to read through it and see if I can't try a particular diet or modify a few to get one that will work for me!
