Thanks for posting this info. I knew what IR is because my dr drew me a picture with the cells and glucose and insulin and other stuff. So it made it really easy to understand. But your post had good info in it.
Im also following the IR diet. I don't cut out carbs entirely, just eat better/healthier whole wheat carbs, and more protein. But if I want spaghetti, I eat it. Just smaller portions.
So far (been taking 3 weeks) my AF hasn't returned on its own, but at first the acne was clearing up. I thought my whiskers weren't growing in as fast either.
Greasy food and high carb food makes my tummy icky faster. But I realize that each person is different, as iceberg lettuce doesn't upset my tummy.
I've lost prob 10 to 15 lbs since getting the meds. Hopefully this continues

It would be awesome to give my DH a BFP this year
