I am also 21 and was also diagnosed after what I thought was a period from hell (ended up just being about 8 weeks of breakthrough bleeding) and this site has taught me soo much. I reccommend the ir diet for losing some weight I just started yesterday and im loving it more then anything ive tried in the past. I hope the results are as good
