LG - A lot of hormonal disorders have very similar symptoms so it is entirely possible that it is something else. They may have to do more bloodwork or other tests to find out what it is. On the other hand, sometimes your levels can be "normal" one day or depending on what range the particular lab considers normal. So, they may want to redo some of the tests again to see if anything has changed. Also, not all women with PCOS have polycystic ovaries so the u/s doesn't really rule it out.

I'm sure that didn't help much but PCOS is just like that sometimes... frustrating! Good luck with your diagnosis
