Tigerlilly - Is Norethindrone/Aygestin like Progesterone? I have NO idea what causes this, but it is a TERRIBLE thing to have to go through. Davilara's advice was really good though! I fell in love with Godiva ice cream, and it really does seem to help with the pain!
