I'm not 100% sure I have it but from the research I've been doing on it I suspect I do. My breasts don't even fill a B cup and when I was pregnant with dd my breasts only filled the B cup! I had no engorgement and was told by my gp to stop breastfeeding b/c I had low milk supply. My breasts don't look exactly like the pictures but do have a tubular shape with large nipples for my breast size. And I've always found it rather odd that I'm a big girl with small breasts! Is there any way of getting hypoplastic breasts dx?? My dh is happy with my breasts and he gets upset when I talk about getting implants after having #2. At this point I just want to be able to breastfeed #2 and will do whatever it takes. I've actually contacted a lactation consultant regarding this very issue. I'll let you all know when I hear back from her.
