Mommy1- I'm glad you are seeing an LC about this. I don't know what kind of doc would dx this. It seems it would be more in the area of study of a gyn than a GP. According to what I have read just having this problem doesn't exclude breastfeeding, but it's good to know ahead of time. There are types of meds and herbs that have been known to help develop the milk producing areas of the breasts. I had very low milk supply and never got the full look of a breast feeding mom. Not one of my docs or the LC commented that this might be a concern.
