Before I started the BCP's and Met XR... I was tested and told my IR reading was 53... Is that way too high????? I haven't been tested in over a year and a half now.. I guess the dr didnt see fit for me to be checked this year.. Im not sure..

Anyway, Is 53 way toooo high as a reading..??

My Fasting Blood Sugar is never really below 90 these days..

I've been trying to eat better.. and drink only diet drinks or water.. But it's SOOOOOO Hard when my nephew ways a mountain dew in my face!!! Or even tea! I've gained prolly bout 10-20 lbs since I was diagnosed, I had first started losing weight the first 6 months.. and not really watching.. but then I had a complete turn around and a life full of stress.
