Unpasturized honey. Is it really something I need to avoid? I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find the info I'm looking for.
I'm wondering about unpasturized honey. DH bought some the other day, without knowing that it should be pasturized. It wasn't a big deal because I don't normally use honey, but I feel like I'm catching a cold or the flu, and I'd like some camomille tea which I generally drink with honey. Is a spoonful of unpasturized honey really that bad? Is this something I shouldn't risk at all? I seem to recall someone saying that they'd accidently been drinking unpasturized milk, and people told her it should be okay.
Thoughts?
