I have a horrible " Buffalo hump" too. My doctor claimed it will go away with weight loss and metformin, Ive lost about 15 pounds since and it's looks a alot better & does not stick out as bad as it use to . It is not completely gone but i think once i hit my goal weight that it would disappear for sure.
