Seeing an ex isn't cheating.. however, going to bed with/fooling around with.. IS... if you want to see your ex just on a platonic level than see if your BF would come to chaperone... however, if you're considering wanting to sleep with this ex... well then, evidently 1: you aren't completely over her and 2: you aren't completely happy with your current.
Consider exactly what it is you want. And make your intentions clear to all parties.
I find it's never easy to see an ex on even a platonic level.. there's always such history there. I've only managed to remain friends with one... and I don't think his gf likes me much.
